PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSION

                Sarvajanik College of Law (SCL) is a constituent college of Sarvajanik University and follows the university-wide admission process using the university’s centralized ERP portal for applications, merit lists, document submission, and seat allotment.

REQUIREMENT AND ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION

           

A. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

1. For LL.B. (3-Year Programme)

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university

  • Minimum marks as per Bar Council of India (BCI) norms:

    • General category: 45%

    • OBC category: 42%

    • SC/ST category: 40%

  • Admission strictly on merit basis (as per university/BCI rules)

  • No upper age limit (as per current BCI position)

2. For LL.M. Programme

  • LL.B. degree from a recognized university

  • Minimum marks as prescribed by Sarvajanik University

  • Merit-based admission


B. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS (DOCUMENTS)

  • 10th Marksheet

  • 12th Marksheet

  • Graduation Marksheet(s) & Degree Certificate (for LL.B.)

  • LL.B. Marksheet(s) & Degree Certificate (for LL.M.)

  • Transfer Certificate / Leaving Certificate

  • Migration Certificate (if applicable)

  • Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC), if applicable

  • EWS Certificate, if applicable

  • Aadhaar Card (ID Proof)

  • Passport-size photographs

  • Self-attested copies of all documents

  • Original documents for verification
